Having the largest fibre backbone network in Ireland, along with more than 1,200 exchanges , serving over 2million customers, means that we are perfectly positioned to serve our customers’ needs.
We are presently investing over a half a billion in extending and upgrading our fibre network meaning we can serve our customer demands now and cater for future growth.
The sales team is backed up by our colleagues in Product, Service and Data Delivery to ensure our customers get the right service, where and when they need it.
We support customers from initial contact, to discussing their company goals and specific connectivity requirements. We then, in conjunction with the wider open eir team, craft a solution that is fit for purpose, delivering on customer objectives, such as quality, timelines and value for money.
